Where we ship
Every Hands of Moss piece is handmade and one of a kind, and we’re happy to send them all over the world. All orders are sent with tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.
Dispatch
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3 working days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery times and costs
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.50. Usually arrives in 2–5 working days.
- Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked, from £12. Usually arrives in 3–7 working days.
- United States: Royal Mail International Tracked (duties paid), from £20. Usually arrives in 5–10 working days.
- Rest of the world: Royal Mail International Tracked, from £20. Usually arrives in 5–10 working days.
The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and international parcels can occasionally be held up in customs.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: import duties are paid by us before your parcel leaves the UK, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Europe and the rest of the world: your parcel may be charged import VAT, duties or a handling fee by your country’s customs or postal service. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility. Parcels refused because of these charges can’t be refunded for the shipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch through the Contact page and we’ll look into it with Royal Mail.
Your address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, but if you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to fix it before dispatch
